Job Title: Head of Asset Management


  • Proven transformational leadership experience
  • Track record of initiating and encouraging service improvement and innovation
  • Track record of effective programme and project management
  • Experience of identifying, mitigating and managing risks
  • Good understanding of procurement practice, including OJEU requirements
  • Experience of setting, managing and reporting on budgets
  • Track record of managing contracts successfully
  • Broad understanding of the role of social housing providers and the interaction between different business areas
  • Good knowledge of building maintenance
